Internet and me


Students' written texts about their use of the internet.

I've texted my friends on social medias, I prefer it because it is free and my friends see it in less than a minute. I’ve played online games like Fifa 18 an Fortnite on PS4 already. I downloaded many different stuff on computer. Legally, I downloaded many computer games like Minecraft and much music for my Mp3 player. Illegally, I have downloaded 30 different films on computer. I am not much on the computer, but when I am, I search results of football games, use translator or search stuff for school. I prefer using google chrome, because I am used to it and I know how it works. I do email a lot because that is the way of communication between my coach and me. Otherwise, I don’t use email. I unfortunately don’t know, who has a blog or a personal webpage. I just know my friend has a YouTube channel about video games. Otherwise, I don’t have nor use a webcam, I just have internet chess trainings on Skype but I don’t use camera.

I prefer texting my friends, but in the last holidays I’ve chatted with them online. I send SMSes because I don’t have data transfer, but in holidays I was at home most of the time so I’ve always had internet. I don’t play games online, actually don’t even play games. Once, I tried to play online with my friends, but it wasn’t working. I’ve downloaded lots of things before, mostly music. I’ve also downloaded lots of films. I think it isn’t illegal. I usually search for the school timetable or which actors acted in some films. I’ve always used Google for it. I don’t email people a lot, but if I do, it’s for school. I don’t anybody with a personal webpage or blog, but one of my friends once tried to make a blog. I don’t have a webcam, so I don’t use it. Sometimes I’m video calling my friends on Snapchat, but for that I use my cellphone. I don’t use it very often.

My terrible holidays

I remember my last year's holidays. It was in summer. I was home alone so I invited my friends to come over. We decided to go to the swimming pool. Then it suddenly started raining! Afterwards we wanted to make some popcorn but there wasn't any. Rain stopped and sun showed itself so we went out. One of us had the idea that we should go to our river Mura. "So it be," we said. We took our bicycles, but I had a flat tire so I had to walk. I thought it couldn't be worse but then it started raining again. I waited under the tree and yelled to others: "Wait!" They didn't hear me. It was getting dark. I turned back and went home. Next day, when my family came home, I remembered that we are going to Italy. I grabbed my luggage and ran to the car. When we arrived to the hotel, I wanted to put my things out of my suitcase, but it was completely empty. I forgot to pack my things at home! I jumped on bed and wanted to sleep, but our neighbors were so loud. ...

Ta knjiga je Alexa spravila na napačno stran, k Skorpiji. To je bila tajna organizacija, ki je sprejemala denar za najrazličnejše potege, ki so oškodovali svet.  Tokrat se je Alex napotil v Benetke na dvotedenske počitnice. V resnici je pa bil tam, da najde Skorpijo. Jasen mu je pred smrtjo rekel, naj v Benetkah poišče Skorpijo in odgovore na smrt njegovega očeta. Našel je ladjo, ki ji je sledil do zabave v eno od vil...

RUMENA KAPICA - dramsko besedilo

  Nekoč je živela deklica, ki so jo klicali Rumena kapica. Zbolel ji je dedek, zato ga je obiskala. S seboj je imela hamburger, pomfri, pico in kokakolo. Prinesla mu je tudi računalnik, da mu ne bo dolgčas. S skirojem se je odpravila do njegove hiše. Na poti je srečala volka. VOLK (drvi s štirikolesnikom, se ustavi): Kam pa kam, Rumena kapica? RUMENA KAPICA (začudeno, prestrašeno): K dedku. Korono ima, pa ga grem obiskat. VOLK: Kaj pa nosiš v tej veliki torbi? RUMENA KAPICA: Same dobrote iz McDriva, da ne bo lačen, pa računalnik, da mu ne bo dolgčas. VOLK (zvito): U, kako lepo! Kje pa živi ta tvoj dedek? RUMENA KAPICA: Zakaj neki? Ga misliš pojesti? VOLK (zgroženo): Seveda ne! Vegetarijanec sem, poleg tega ne želim dobiti korone. RUMENA KAPICA: No, super, pa pojdiva! VOLK: Ja, ampak, ti kar pospravi ta tvoj ubogi skiro.
